As a Traffic Controller and Customer Service Representative you are responsible for making sure everything runs smoothly on an evening. That’s a responsibility for thousands of customers and hundreds of riders each night. It is your job to make sure the proverbial wheels keep turning, our riders are hitting ETAs, and our customer’s are happy.

What does the job require?

• You are fluent in spoken and written English and Swedish

• You are structured in your work

• You can act under pressure

• You can work well with technical systems

• You care for the environment and our mission to #beatvans

• You have some experience in a related role such as customer service and/or traffic control
